Ista Spaces LLP is the legal entity behind this website (istaspaces.com) and the projects listed on it. We're registered in Bengaluru, Karnataka, and operate as the data controller for all personal information you share with us.

- Your project of interest and configuration preferences
- Any additional details you choose to share in the "anything specific" field on our forms
- Government-issued ID and KYC documents (only if you proceed to formally book a unit)
Information collected automatically
- Your IP address, device type, browser, and operating system
- Pages you visit on our site and how you got there
- Cookies and similar tracking technologies (see our Cookie Policy)
Information from third parties
- If you find us through a referral platform, broker, or paid advertisement, we may receive your contact details from that source
- Information from banks and home-loan partners when you've authorized them to share it with us
03 Why We Collect It
We use your information for the following specific purposes:
- To respond to you. When you submit an enquiry, our team uses your contact details to call or message you back.
- To process your EOI or booking. If you express interest in a project, we use your details to allocate units, generate cost sheets, and process refundable EOI deposits.
- To send relevant updates. Construction progress photos, launch announcements for projects matching your interests, and EOI status updates.
- To improve our service. Anonymous analytics help us understand which projects buyers explore most and where our website can be clearer.
- To meet legal obligations. RERA, anti-money-laundering, and tax compliance require us to maintain certain records.
We will never sell your data to advertisers, list brokers, or any third party. Your information is used only for what you came here to do — find a home.
05 How Long We Keep It
We keep your data only as long as we have a reason to:
- Enquiry data — up to 24 months from your last interaction, after which we anonymize or delete it
- EOI and booking records — for the duration of the project plus 7 years, as required by Indian tax and RERA regulations
- Homeowner records — for the life of your relationship with us, plus 7 years after handover
- Marketing preferences and unsubscribe records — indefinitely, so we honour your choices permanently
06 Your Rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct any inaccuracies in your data
- Delete your data, subject to our legal retention obligations
- Withdraw consent at any time, where consent is our basis for processing
- Object to specific uses of your data, including marketing
- Nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf in case of incapacity or death
- File a grievance if you believe we've mishandled your data

07 Security
We protect your data with industry-standard safeguards:
