Yes, site visits can be arranged on Sundays by prior appointment. Just give us 24-48 hours' notice and we'll coordinate with the site team. Weekdays are also available — we're flexible around your schedule.

Absolutely. The price we quote is the price you pay. No hidden charges, no surprise fees at possession, no asterisks leading to footnotes. It's been our policy since 2015, and it's in writing.
verified Are your projects RERA approved?
Every single Ista project is RERA registered from day one — not after the fact. You can verify the registration numbers on the RERA Karnataka website. We also publish monthly construction updates with dated photos.
home Can I visit a completed project before buying?
Yes. We encourage you to walk through completed homes and speak with existing residents. We believe our work speaks for itself — and our homeowners are our best references.
attach_money What is your EOI / booking process?
A fully refundable EOI of ₹50,000 reserves your unit. If you decide not to proceed for any reason, the full amount is refunded. No questions asked. No fine print. We want you to be certain about your decision.
construction Do you provide home loan assistance?
Yes, we work with all major banks — SBI, HDFC, IDBI, Axis, and more. Our team will help you with documentation, pre-approvals, and disbursement coordination at every stage.
