At Ista Spaces, we believe luxury is not just about owning a beautiful home — it is about embracing a lifestyle that brings together elegance, comfort, and the things that make a house quietly come alive: light, air, gardens, time.

“

I did not set out to build flats. I set out to build the kind of home my own family would never want to leave — a place where the light moves slowly across the floor, where the garden grows older than the children.

That intention has not changed in ten years. Every Ista home, before we promise it to anyone, has to answer one quiet question: would we want our own family to live here? If the answer is anything less than yes, the drawing goes back to the table.
